About the Academy
A Transformational Leadership Development Institution
Jewel Leadership Academy is a transformational leadership development institution committed to training, mentoring, and developing the next generation of ethical and service-driven leaders.
Founded in August 2025 by Dr. Ibrahim Obel Yaji, JLA was established in response to a pressing need: investing in leaders who can strengthen institutions, serve communities, and shape a better future for Nigeria and beyond.
